What To Do After You Receive Your New Foosball Table

Below are a list of FAQ’s that are good to know once you have received your Foosball Table

-If you have damages, please take a photo of the shipping label, the box as well as the damages and contact us at support@kickfoosballtables.com. 

-Please check out or assembly videos at https://kickfoosballtables.com/instructions/

-On the larger tables we often store parts inside the legs for safe shipping, if you are missing support beams, ball runners, cross bars, or ramp kit pieces please check inside the legs.

-Please check with the manual inside your box to make sure you have all parts before beginning assembly.  If you are missing any parts please contact us at support@kickfoosballtables.com and tell us your order number and what you are missing so we can send the missing parts out to you!

-Some of our tables have the added feature of rod inserts that will help anchor your handles to the rods. You will find in your parts 8 white cone shaped pieces that fit directly into the handle end of your rod.  Please review this video for instruction on how to use your rod anchors. https://youtu.be/Tp7Uejm5S1I

    I purchased a Legend 55″ table and received the heavy package damaged, as some previous purchasers warned. The table, in parts and pieces, was well packaged but could not withstand the rough handling by the shipper. Some pieces were damaged and I contacted customer service expecting some opposition. Without hesitation however, Jenn S. in customer service noted the damaged parts and immediately had replacements shipped out. They were fairly large pieces and came in separate boxes. Again, the shipper struck and one of the replacement parts sustained damage. Jenn S. again sent out another piece. Apparently KICK noted the location of the damage on the part as the second replacement was packaged differently to offer more protection at the point of damage. All is good now and the table has been completed. My experience with the not-so-great shipper and the excellent response by KICK’s customer service people causes me to commend KICK for their post-purchase service. The lifetime warranty is a real thing with this company. Considering the incredibly daunting task of delivering their product in one piece when they are at the mercy of shipping companies that don’t care, KICK has surpassed my expectations. Without hesitation I will recommend KICK to anyone who asks. In this day of declining customer service, KICK stands out.
