Instead, Jenn S was sensitive to my request and my desire to acquire this specific model. She reached out to the warehouse and in a day she was able to find an unopened box. She has put the customer first but also help the company sell a foosball table. Such a great employee to have in your team! Thank you for all the hard work. KICK should be proud to have you in the Team. Keep up the awesome job! Not saying that any other will be as lucky as I am but a great example of awesome customer service!
